INSURANCE INFORMATION at The Matlock Center
We are participating providers or “In-Network” with most healthcare plans and we accept nearly all forms of insurance. Please call ahead to verify coverage and our network status. For convenience here is a list of insurance companies we are currently In-Network with or accept plans from :
***All Acupuncture services are billed as "Out Of Network". Please verify your coverage prior to receiving Acupuncture treatments.

We are also accepting new Workers Comp and Personal Injury cases. Unfortunately at this time we are not network providers for any state aid plans through Medicaid. However, we do offer cash plan options for those without coverage as well as financial hardship programs for those who qualify. Please call in advance to set up an appointment to discuss these plans with our office manager as we do not discuss financial matters over the phone. (908)859-0300

When it comes to individual insurance plans, it is always the Patients Responsibility to know their insurance plan information. This includes: Co-Pays / Co-Insurances / Deductibles / Referral Requirements / Service Coverage / and/or any other pertinent plan information. As a professional courtesy, our office will attempt to acquire as much information about your policy as we can prior to treatments. However, we often receive misinformation from the insurance providers about individual plans and coverage. In the event that our services are ultimately not covered by your insurance, you as the patient may be billed for these uncovered services. To reduce any unforeseen charges, please contact your insurance company directly to obtain detailed policy information (IN WRITING) prior to receiving care. Our office is not liable for uncovered services and any financial disputes should be made directly to your insurance provider.
